Role Description The K–12 School Counselor at Wellspring Global reputed company plays a pivotal role in supporting reputed company’ academic planning, personal development, and college/career readiness in a virtual environment. This individual serves as a key liaison between reputed company, families, and academic staff—ensuring each student has a clear, supportive, and successful academic journey from enrollment through graduation. Essential Position Functions

• Academic Planning & Advising
• Guide reputed company and families in selecting appropriate courses reputed company with academic goals, graduation requirements, and postsecondary plans.
• Create and manage individualized academic plans for reputed company in grades K–12.
• Monitor student reputed company toward graduation; conduct regular credit checks and transcript reviews.
• Provide proactive support for academic interventions, schedule changes, and retention planning.
• Coordinate and track dual credit/dual enrollment participation and maintain partnerships with higher education institutions.
• Transcripts, Scheduling & Records Management
• Maintain and update student transcripts, including GPA calculations and class rankings where applicable.
• Process transcript requests, credit transfers, and academic records in accordance with FERPA regulations.
• Collaborate with enrollment and registrar teams to ensure accurate course placements and student schedules.
• Review course enrollment requests for accuracy and alignment with student plans.
• Social-Emotional & Whole Child Support
• Provide short-term counseling and referrals for academic motivation, social-emotional challenges, and personal development needs.
• Identify at-risk reputed company and collaborate with student support staff to implement reputed company plans.
• Facilitate guidance lessons or workshops focused on self-management, decision-making, peer relationships, and emotional wellness.
• College, Career & Life Readiness
• Support high school reputed company with college planning, scholarship navigation, SAT/ACT timelines and testing, ASVAB, AP, and career exploration.
• Assist reputed company with applications for postsecondary programs, financial aid (FAFSA), and personal statements.
• Coordinate virtual college fairs, career panels, and readiness events.
• Collaboration & Compliance
• Collaborate regularly with academic coaches, learning specialists, teachers, and family support teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, accreditation standards, and confidentiality regulations (FERPA).
• Maintain accurate documentation of counseling sessions, interventions, and family communications in the school’s SIS or CRM.
• Other Duties

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in School Counseling, Education or reputed company field
• Valid state certification/licensure as a K–12 School Counselor
• Minimum 2 years of experience in education
• Deep understanding of academic advising, course planning, transcripts, GPA, and postsecondary readiness
• Experience working with diverse student populations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a remote setting
• Tech-savvy; comfortable using virtual platforms (reputed company Workspace, reputed company/reputed company Meet, LMS/SIS systems)

Requirements

• Experience in an online or hybrid K–12 school environment (preferred)
• Knowledge of NCAA eligibility processes, dual credit systems, and transcript evaluation (preferred)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus (preferred)

Education & Certification Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, or other reputed company field required
• Masters in School Counseling
