Order Processing Partner: Part-Time, 100% Remote Work
GFS Group is Los Angeles based company seeking a part-time Order Processing Partner to join our team. This is a part-time position, fully remote (work from home). About Us
We operate in a very niche industry of the financial sector, specializing in credit growth. We are not a credit repair company. Through the enhancement of individual's credit profiles, we help responsible people achieve the rapid strengthening of their credit report which they may require during financing higher-cost items such as homes, automobiles, etc. to ensure lower down payments, lower interest, and more favorable repayment terms on their purchases or investments. Increased demand and continual long-term business expansion has caused us to seek the right individual to help move forward in meeting our client's needs, while helping ensure the highest level of performance and maintaining our excellent reputation as a leader within our industry. The Basics This position is 100% remote work. It is an opening that we are hoping to fill before the end of the year with a motivated self-starter. Training will be provided. Your work hours are flexible, yet we require 15 hours per week. Monthly salary is set firmly at $2,100 USD ($35 per hour). This is a part-time contract position with the potential for employee status after 90 days. Requirements/Skills:
- Laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet connection
- The ability to process orders for our clients with a high level of accuracy
- Attention to detail is critical
- Clear and precise communication skills
- Be motivated, a self-starter, focused and dedicated to your work
- General computer skills, and common sense
- The ability to use good judgement and clearly identify inconsistencies

- Basic experience with Microsoft Office

Job Tasks Our business model is very unique and we operate in a very niche industry. The services we provide/offer are simple but require us to have a specialty two-fold approach and a high degree of attention to detail. Your tasks will consist of ensuring that orders are filled properly for the purchasing client (buyer), by examining and confirming the data submitted by buyer, and well as ensuring that the cardholding client (seller) has met their duties of adding and confirming the addition of the authorized user onto their card(s). You will use a specific automated system to retrieve/review the information provided by the buyer, process to perform background checks on the buyer using dedicated software and ensure that the confirmation info provided by the cardholder for each order is correct. You are not required to have actual contact with any clients or provide any level of direct customer service. While this is a simple job for the right person, we are expecting your performance to be on par with the payment we are offering. That means high-quality work which is accurate. This is where attention to detail, communication, and being a reliable self-starter really comes into play. Generally, your hours will be flexible, however, the work is time-sensitive to an extent. This is a solid 15 hours of work that requires 15 hours of quality, focused work each week.
