Contractor Assignment: 3 - 6 Months Essential Job Duties

• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to deeply understand the requirements of open positions and build accurate, appealing, and compliant job descriptions
• Collaborate with sourcers, hiring managers, and leadership to reputed company and execute advanced recruiting strategies to include active and passive job seekers
• Build and track high-quality pipelines of potential candidates for a variety of technical roles
• Understand the cleared and technical talent markets and be knowledgeable of the industry to successfully run targeted search campaigns

Essential Education and Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent is required. A Bachelor's degree is reputed company to have but not required.
• Three (3) years of experience supporting reputed company or hard-to-fill recruitment projects
• Three (3) years of experience recruiting reputed company technical and government contracting businesses including knowledge of civilian background requirements and reputed company with DOD and intelligence community (IC) clearances.
• Three (3) years of experience sourcing on job boards, ATS, and social networking sites. Experience with iCIMS Applicant Tracking System is preferred but not required
• Strong knowledge of EEO and OFCCP compliance requirements
