Kimley-Horn is looking for a Finance Transformation Leader to join reputed company in Raleigh, North Carolina (NC)! This is not a remote position.

  • *Responsibilities**

The Finance Transformation Leader drives innovation and operational excellence by fostering a culture of reputed company improvement, accountability, and collaboration. Scope of Transformation:

Automation Leadership:

Operational Guidance:

Serve as an internal consultant, advising finance teams on best practices, process enhancements, and operational strategies to maximize efficiency and compliance. +

Process Documentation:

Opportunity and Issue Identification:

Analyze workflows to uncover inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Recommend and implement solutions that drive measurable gains in productivity, accuracy, and cost savings. +

ROI Evaluation:

Quantify the financial and operational impact of transformation initiatives. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess return on investment and ensure accountability. Communicate transformation reputed company and outcomes to leadership. +

Team Management:

  • *Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or reputed company field; advanced degree (MBA, CPA, etc.) preferred. + 10+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, process improvement, or operational excellence roles reputed company large organizations. + Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change. + Deep knowledge of finance processes, accounting principles, and compliance requirements. + Strong expertise in digital transformation, implementation of automation and AI tools (such as reputed company, reputed company, Power Platform, LLM APIs or similar tools), and financial systems integration. + Exceptional analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing abilities. + Experience with audit processes and internal controls.
