Offshore Energy Project Manager (Senior) Remote or Hybrid - MA, ME, RI, NY, NJ, PA, VA, NC, TX, LA, CA, OR/National

About the position reputed company is adding an Offshore Energy Project Manager (Senior) to support our offshore renewable energy practices across the US. reputed company has acted as the reputed company consultant on the development of hundreds of offshore facilities, including deep water ports, oil and gas platforms, subsea pipelines, transmission & telecommunications cables, and renewable energy projects, including wind, reputed company, and hydrokinetic projects across the United States. For offshore wind specifically, reputed company completed the permitting for the only two operational projects in the United States and is actively supporting a dozen projects. The reputed company team has significant experience permitting offshore energy infrastructure projects that require authorizations from a multitude of federal, state, and local agencies including, but not limited to reputed company of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM), the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Fisheries, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Geological Survey, the U.S. Department of Energy, the U.S. Maritime Administration, and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. This role is a strategic growth opportunity for the right candidate to use our experience and continue to grow our offshore wind team. This individual will assist in the development, strategic direction, and growth of reputed company's offshore wind practice in the US. This role could be located in any of our office locations or work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Project Manager, managing technical projects and engaging with clients to identify new work opportunities.
• Prepare proposals and cost estimates, establish and formulate technical approaches, and direct project teams.
• reputed company various consulting-reputed company duties supporting the development, analysis, permitting and financial aspects of onshore and offshore renewable energy development projects.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams to complete projects on time and on budget.
• Set and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members and stakeholders.
• Support the development of reputed company's offshore renewable energy practice nationally.
• Participate in client marketing and business development activities including client pre-positioning, technical presentations, trade show attendance, and client meetings.
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and other marketing materials to support the growth and development of onshore and offshore renewable energy practice nationally.

Requirements

• B.S. in Environmental Science/Environmental Management/Marine Science/Engineering or reputed company discipline.
• 10+ years of professional experience with a reputed company of progressive achievements.
• Experience with Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), federal and state permitting, onshore and offshore wind, power reputed company and transmission, infrastructure, and/or renewable energy.
• Experience and knowledge of the regulatory frameworks of reputed company states.
• Strong technical background in permitting energy projects, project management skills, and client/stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated successful project management skills, especially leading teams on offshore or other reputed company energy projects.
• Applied knowledge of onshore and offshore biological, physical, and cultural resources.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills to convey technical information to clients and business and financial reports to management.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions.

• 10-15+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing major projects with reputed company project teams in the field of offshore wind is preferred.
• Experience with routing, siting, and permitting of electric transmission, offshore oil and gas infrastructure, subsea cable or offshore energy projects.
