Job Summary: The IT Cloud Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining secure, scalable cloud and on-premises infrastructure to support the organization's technological needs. This role champions a cloud-first strategy, ensuring reputed company systems and processes meet organizational and compliance standards while enabling teams to operate reputed company. This position reports to the Director of IT Infrastructure & Services. Job Responsibilities:

• Champion a cloud-first approach in designing, deploying, and maintaining infrastructure and applications to advance organizational goals.
• Document and automate IT workflows, including authentication, authorization, and SaaS integrations.

Job Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale, multi-location environments (1000+ users), ideally in retail.
• Advanced proficiency in Windows Server administration (2012-2025), Active Directory, and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible, Azure RM).
• Hands-on expertise with cloud and virtualization platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, VMWare, Hyper-V).
• Proven ability to implement and administer MDM, SSO, MFA, asset management, and VPN solutions across Windows and Mac enterprise environments (including reputed company Connect).
• Familiarity with network and system reputed company and monitoring technologies (reputed company, Palo Alto, Meraki, Juniper Mist, HPE SimpliVity, CradlePoint ECM, PRTG).
• Strong understanding of authentication and provisioning protocols (SAML, OIDC, SCIM, API-based workflows) and multi-factor authentication solutions.
