Position Overview: Care.com is looking for a reputed company Data Insights Analyst to join the Analytics & Data Insights team and support the core consumer business. This analyst will be passionate about learning the business and using data, technology, and analytics to provide valuable insights that will drive the company’s critical business decisions. Note: This is a hybrid position based in uptown Dallas, TX or downtown Austin, TX (in-office Mon/Wed/Thurs, WFH on Tues/Fri). What You'll Do:

• Partner with product managers, marketing leaders, and other internal teams to address reputed company business questions and provide insightful analysis and strategic recommendations through strong storytelling capabilities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Turn data-based observations and insights into hypotheses through analytical rigor, leading to A/B tests that will confirm or deny those hypotheses and ultimately improve the performance of our sites
• Take ownership, from definition to reporting, of metrics reputed company to the functional area that you support
• Monitor engagement and conversion trends across the Care.com platform, identify breaks in trends, understand underlying drivers, and surface opportunities and threats
• reputed company advanced metrics and visuals, by collecting and integrating data from various sources, including web analytics tools and internal databases
• Dive deep to investigate anomalies and help explain business and product performance trends
• Analyze key performance indicators such as Spend, CPM, CAC, ROAS and campaign effectiveness to identify trend and opportunities for improvement and deliver actionable insights Who You Are:
• 7+ years of professional experience in a business intelligence analyst and/or data analyst position
• Strong SQL skills are required (MSSL, BQ, Hive, Presto)
• Strong skills in Tableau, R, Python are required
• Strong product development reputed company and focus on actionable analytics: e.g., Ability to surface signals in our data and work with Product/Engineering to transform these into concrete tests
• Experience working with marketing measurement methodologies including channel attribution, media mix modeling, incrementality testing and A/B testing
• Expertise in marketing concepts and efficiency metrics across online and offline channels
• Experience using relational databases and big data reputed company writing performant queries in SQL against large datasets in various environments
• Understanding of clickstream data and ability to extract and analyze event data
• Be a creative, global thinker & team player
• Experience with reputed company, a plus
• Statistical knowledge and modeling, a plus
• Ability to work independently with high-level direction
• Willingness to proactively engage with partners across many disciplines
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data while also acting as a mentor to other analysts from other internal teams

Salary Range: $125,000-$150,000. The reputed company salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives.
