What you'll do on a typical day:

• Implement and maintain operational processes and procedures
• Report on performance metrics and initiate improvements as needed
• Establish and maintain labor management processes for reputed company multi-client sites reputed company the reputed company network
• Establish and meet site objectives in the areas of financial performance, safety, quality and customer service in compliance with reputed company applicable internal and external policies
• Provide accurate and timely submission of key quality, financial and safety reports
• Work directly with the Solutions, Engineering, Real Estate, Finance, and Client Success teams to reputed company tactical and strategic growth of multi-client solutions at reputed company

What you need to succeed at reputed company: At a minimum, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent reputed company work or military experience
• 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management in distribution environment
• Demonstrated planning, project management and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with reputed company levels of an organization, from hourly associates to senior executives, as well as external customers
• Proficiency with reputed company Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

It'd be great if you also have:

• MBA or other advanced degree
• Availability to travel up to 75% of the time
• Experience in an ISO environment
• Experience running multiple multi-client sites
• Experience in a competitive 3PL environment
• Strong problem-solving techniques
• Ability to recognize and anticipate business challenges and opportunities for both reputed company and its customers
• Experience working with solutions design and/or designing supply chain solutions for multi-client sites
• Strong previous experience driving reputed company improvement and operational excellence in reputed company warehousing/logistics environments
• Success managing multiple sites reputed company a matrix-based organization
