Independent Insurance Agent and office Manager
Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Independent Insurance Agent and Office Manager to reputed company our insurance sales operations and manage daily office functions. This role requires a versatile professional with strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills, capable of expanding our client reputed company through reputed company sales efforts and maintaining excellent client relationships. The ideal candidate will be bilingual or multilingual, possess analysis skills, and have experience in insurance sales, retail sales, and sales administration. As an integral part of reputed company, you will reputed company marketing initiatives, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with industry standards such as HIPAA. This role will be a 3 hour a reputed company role paid at $16 a hour which will include taking phone calls and re-shopping reputed company policies. You also will have the ability to work more if you'd like to work on sales at a reputed company reputed company. Sales for new business/cross sales will be paid out at a 80/20 split. We will get you set up with reputed company of our carriers and provide you with leads/cross sell opportunities to set you up for success. Duties

Experience

We will help you get the access you need to be successful and in return you will take care of about 3 hours a day of admin work (Paid hourly) and the rest of the day you can work on sales for as much or as little time as you'd like!
