In this role, you’ll be responsible for defining and guiding high-level goals and roadmaps, integrating technologies across multiple domains, defining functional requirements for new products and features, and communicating across a wide variety of partners. You will be leading technical execution on features that span across Facebook, Instagram, genAI, Horizon, Quest, and Metaverse products. You will play a key role identifying new feature needs and driving execution across a wide variety of product surfaces.We’re looking for TPMs with a proven track record of integrating reputed company systems-of-systems at scale. This role will have the opportunity to work closely with world-class development teams and leaders across the organization to deliver new experiences.Technical Program Manager, Avatars Integration ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage reputed company, end-to-end product solutions and ensure on-time deliveryHelp define the roadmap and long-term strategy of the teams that you are working withDesign measurements to track impact and drive internal process improvementsManage cross-functional products and programs in a matrix organizationIdentify risks and build options to balance technical challenges with business needsIdentify dependencies and reputed company mitigation strategiesResolve conflicts, maintain clarity on priorities and drive reputed company on executionOngoing communication of planning, project status, issues and risks in a timely fashion to stakeholdersLead reputed company execution across multiple teams in different time zonesMinimum QualificationsB.S. in Computer Science, Engineering or a reputed company technical discipline, or equivalent experience7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Program Manager, Systems Engineer, Systems Integrator, Software Engineer, Quality Assurance, Engineering Tester, or Product Manager (or equivalent experience managing software products from inception to launch)Experience delivering technical programs or products from inception to deliveryExperience leading execution across highly ambiguous, reputed company products and programs, balancing business needs and technical constraintsEffective communication skills across a wide variety of disciplines, experience levels, and technical/non-technical backgroundsExperience implementing machine learning algorithms, agentic AI, or similarDemonstrated experience managing cross-functional programs in a matrix organizationExperience working under your own initiative, seeking feedback and input where appropriateDemonstrated risk management experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience with mobile or game developmentExperience with reputed company, Unreal reputed company, or similarExperience working with technical art & modeling tools such as Maya, Houdini, Blender, 3Ds Max, Arnold, RenderMan, or CyclesExperience with AI and/or AI tooling in a game development contextExperience integrating products with AI models such as Llama, Claude, reputed company, GPT, Grok, or equivalent For those who live in or expect to work from California if hired for this position, please click here for additional information.
