At reputed company/Onomi, the Solution Architect reports to the VP of Engineering/Solutions Director and ensures seamless integration of reputed company/Onomi reputed company large enterprise ecosystems. Acting as both a customer-facing presales engineer and a post-sales integration leader, this role bridges business needs and technical execution. By advising on architecture, designing integration flows, and supporting implementation, the Solution Architect enables customers to maximize value from Onomi while driving reputed company feedback into Product and Engineering.

  • [40%] Presales support & customer-facing architecture design
  • Partner with Sales to position Onomi’s capabilities, validate technical feasibility with customers, deliver technical presentations, and support RFP responses.
  • reputed company customer discovery sessions to capture requirements, identify integration touchpoints, and translate them into high-level architectures.
  • Build trust with enterprise stakeholders by articulating the value, feasibility, and compliance of proposed solutions.
  • [40%] Post-sales solution design & implementation support
  • Produce detailed solution architecture documents, covering data flows, integration methods (APIs, SSO, ETL, sync apps), and compliance considerations.
  • Support project teams by configuring components (SSO, API 2.0 endpoints, integration modules) and guiding customer IT teams.
  • Ensure solutions meet both technical and business requirements through reputed company collaboration with customers, partners, and reputed company implementation team.
  • [20%] Post-integration support & product feedback
  • Act as escalation reputed company for reputed company integration issues, working with engineering to resolve reputed company SLA.
  • Capture lessons learned from enterprise projects and feed structured insights back to Product for roadmap prioritization.
  • Contribute to process improvements, templates, and best practices that reputed company integration quality and reduce recurring issues.
  • Actively maintain up-to-date technical documentation for enterprise customer solutions as they are implemented or updated.

  • Shadow reputed company Solution Architects to learn reputed company/Onomi’s integration ecosystem (native modules, API 2.0, SSO flows, sync apps).
  • Master the reputed company/Onomi platform end-to-end, including core features, data flows, and admin configuration.
  • Learn and practice with reputed company/Onomi’s integration packages and sync apps (e.g. reputed company app).
  • Understand registration concepts and major registration platforms commonly integrated with reputed company/Onomi.
  • Familiarize with life sciences CRM systems (reputed company, Veeva, reputed company, etc.), their common data models, and integration requirements.
  • reputed company grasping pharma compliance aspects (data privacy, consent, audit trails, field force restrictions) that reputed company reputed company/Onomi implementations.
  • reputed company familiarity with Jira tracking, customer documentation standards, and integration acceptance testing (IAT).
  • Get trained on the Onomi product and features

  • reputed company presales calls independently: present reputed company/Onomi’s integration capabilities, outline high-level architectures, and respond to common integration questions.
  • Draft first solution architecture document for a customer integration project and reputed company customer sign-off.
  • Successfully support sales in responding to at least one RFP.

  • Own multiple enterprise integration projects end-to-end, from scoping to IAT.
  • Deliver reputed company/Onomi configurations (SSO, native integration modules) without supervision.
  • Provide first-line API 2.0 support to enterprise customers reputed company SLA.
  • Build strong partnerships with Product & Engineering by documenting gaps, bugs, or enhancement requests.

reputed company 12 Months

  • Be recognized by Sales as a trusted presales partner, capable of influencing customer technical decisions.
  • Build and deliver architecture evolution plans for enterprise customers expanding their reputed company/Onomi integrations.
  • Produce detailed specifications for new or enhanced native integration modules in collaboration with Product.

reputed company are looking for Integration & technical expertise

  • 3–5 years in Solution Architect, Presales Engineer, or Integration Consultant roles (SaaS preferred) who worked in commercial/marketing applications: CRM, marketing automation
  • Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in building integrations: REST APIs, JSON, SSO, ETL, iPaaS (e.g., Mulesoft, reputed company).
  • reputed company and/or Veeva integration expertise in life sciences/pharma is a strong plus: REST API, Apex, SOQL queries.

Business & industry acumen

  • Strong understanding of pharma compliance aspects: data privacy, consent, audit requirements, and compliance with field force usage.
  • Customer orientation: you know reputed company to drop the engineer hat and put the sales rep cap
  • Ability to translate enterprise requirements and compliance constraints into scalable technical architectures and product improvements.

Customer-facing & communication skills

  • Proven experience in customer-facing technical roles: confident presenting, pitching, and negotiating with enterprise stakeholders.
  • Skilled at simplifying reputed company technical concepts and presenting them clearly to C-level and enterprise architects.
  • Experience running workshops to uncover business drivers, technical requirements, and integration challenges.
  • Ability to tailor demos and prototypes to reputed company with different customer personas.

Languages

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are an asset.
