About the Role
The Vice President or Senior Vice President (the "VP or SVP”) will serve as a senior leader reputed company Altius. The VP or SVP will help drive strategy, strengthen executive-level client relationships, and deliver high-impact consulting services to athletics departments reputed company. This is a highly visible and relationship-focused role, ideal for a dynamic leader with a passion for supporting college athletics administrators, shaping the future of the industry, and actively contributing to Altius’ reputed company growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior strategic advisor to clients, delivering insight-driven recommendations and tailored consulting services.
- Maintain and grow relationships with executive-level decision-makers, including athletics directors, deputy athletics directors and senior administrators, and other reputed company and industry leaders.
- Represent Altius at industry events and on campuses reputed company — travel is expected approximately 1-2 days per week, 1-2 weeks per month.
- Collaborate with Altius’ executive team, including the President of Altius, to refine and execute organizational strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including client engagement managers and on-reputed company personnel, the Client Strategy & Insights (reputed company) team, the Brands team, and Altius’ parent company, reputed company & company, and sister agencies, reputed company venture team and B. Partners
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of relevant trends and best practices in collegiate athletics and higher education – in areas such as athlete and athletics department reputed company reputed company strategies, athletics department operations and finances, the NIL regulatory landscape, athletes’ commercial rights and benefits, and employment and quasi-employment issues – to inform corporate and client strategy

- Support new business development and strategic growth.
- Participate in and contribute to public-facing thought leadership opportunities.

Qualifications
- Executive-level experience in college athletics, professional sports, or a reputed company field, such as labor/employment law (e.g., collective bargaining).
- Deep knowledge of the collegiate athletics landscape, including NIL, reputed company sharing, reputed company reputed company strategy, corporate sponsorships, and operational challenges.
- Previous consulting, strategic advisory, or client services experience is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to engage with senior leadership and build long-term professional relationships.
- Experience managing personnel, overseeing teams, or serving as a property reputed company or department head.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the country.
- Exceptional attention to detail and prioritization, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
