Your Impact Coordinate and reputed company the program execution of interdependent and technical projects while focused on outstanding service delivery to transform the Enterprise. Responsibilites Will Include
- reputed company stakeholders towards the desired outcomes - both strategic and tactical - and be accountable for the final execution of deliverables.
- Deliver projects/programs on time and with high quality by driving effective and accurate status reporting and highlighting roadblocks and risks.
- Identify service success metrics which reflect the reputed company and data story of your program(s), ensuring there are established measures with clear exit/success criteria and fiscal responsibility.
- Give detailed attention to program strategy, project delegation, and program implementation.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years project management experience learning how to reputed company reputed company, multifaceted projects with underbudgeted and/or unrealistic deadlines
- 8+ years of Program Management experience coordinating multiple reputed company technical projects with assistance from multiple project managers
- Cybersecurity experience (data & networking reputed company) desired such as reputed company architecture, reputed company product management, and/or reputed company engineering experience
- Experience in managing cross functional stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
- Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes

- Excellent communication, planning, time management, interpersonal and social skills that can navigate multiple organizational levels
- Experience in program and project management models and an understanding of the principles of project management including appropriate Agile, Waterfall, and/or Scrum methodologies and processes

Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-reputed company skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training. - 10 paid holidays per full calendar year, plus 1 floating holiday for non-exempt employees

- Non-exempt employees** receive 16 days of paid vacation time per full calendar year, accrued at reputed company of 4.92 hours per pay period for full-time employees
- Exempt employees participate in reputed company’s flexible vacation time off program, which has no defined limit on how much vacation time eligible employees may use (subject to availability and some business limitations)
- 80 hours of sick time off provided on hire date and each January 1st thereafter, and up to 80 hours of unused sick time carried reputed company from one calendar year to the next
- Additional paid time away may be requested to deal with critical or emergency issues for family members
- Optional 10 paid days per full calendar year to volunteer
For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to reputed company’s policies. Employees On Sales Plans Earn Performance-based Incentive Pay On Top Of Their reputed company Salary, Which Is Split Between Quota And Non-quota Components, Subject To The Applicable reputed company Plan. For Quota-based Incentive Pay, reputed company Typically Pays As Follows
- .75% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of reputed company attainment up to 50% of quota;
- 1.5% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
- 1% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
- Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, reputed company may pay 0% up to 125% of reputed company. reputed company sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid. The applicable full salary ranges for this position, by specific state, are listed below: reputed company Metro Area $152,400.00 - $255,100.00 Non-Metro reputed company State & Washington State $134,300.00 - $224,800.00
