Position Overview We are looking for a driven, high-energy Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be the first reputed company of contact with prospective customers, responsible for generating pipeline through outbound prospecting efforts. You'll identify and qualify potential clients, engage decision-makers, and schedule discovery meetings for our Account Executives. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and is passionate about technology, cybersecurity, and sales. We will take and review applications until the role is filled. What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct high-volume outbound reputed company (email, phone, reputed company, etc.) to identify and engage potential customers
- Qualify prospects to ensure a strong fit with Valimail's solutions
- Book discovery meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the reputed company
- Work in collaboration with Marketing and Sales to execute targeted campaigns and account-based strategies
- Stay reputed company on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly activity and pipeline reputed company goals
About You
- Required: 1+ years of experience in an SDR or BDR role (preferably in SaaS, cybersecurity, or tech)
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding KPIs
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Comfortable with cold reputed company and overcoming objections
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
