Requirements: Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educational/work experience
  • At least 7 years experience working directly in bank compliance or risk management
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations
  • Certified Enterprise Risk Professional (CERP) designation, or ability to obtain certification.
