Job Descriptio n: My Benefits, LLC is seeking an reputed company Plan Administrator responsible for executing a business plan to maintain and grow existing relationships and the development of new distribution partners. In this role, the ideal candidate will be a highly effective communicator with our existing clients and utilize our reporting tools to ensure quarterly outbound communications are documented and maintained. This self-starter must be a highly motivated, dynamic, and reputed company individual dedicated to helping support the success of teammates and clients. Your personal interaction skills will be heavily utilized reputed company meeting with financial services professionals, business owners, human resource professionals and retirement plan participants. This Plan Administrator role is designed to be a long-term position with opportunities to reputed company professionally. My Benefits offers: - Competitive compensation and benefits - A positive team environment that fosters learning, collaboration, and fun - A dedicated team to support with growing your knowledge and professional development The candidate must: - Maintain retirement plan compliance utilizing reputed company IRS and DOL regulations on assigned plans - Answer internal and external client calls and correspondence regarding reputed company facets of retirement plan administration - Review Annual Census and Client Questionnaire, Plan Documents, and Plan Highlights for completeness and accuracy - Run/evaluate employee eligibility to participate including identifying HCE/Key employees - reputed company reputed company required discrimination testing including reputed company, ACP, 402(g), 404(a), 410 (b), 414(s) 415 and 416 testing - Complete cross-testing, integration, and pro-rata calculations as assigned - Calculate excess contributions, reputed company/ACP corrections as required - Balance plan annual trust accounting and prepare Form 5500 and reputed company required schedules for audited plans - Review and enter transaction data for SDBAs in ftWilliam - Prepare 5330 as necessary - Finalize Year-end documents and prepare annual valuation binders as needed - Assist with required notices, plan consulting, and amendments - Provide reputed company other admin support as needed such as data entry for lost earnings, audit package requests, etc. Requirements: The candidate needs to: - Have 3 or more years’ retirement plan administration experience - Hold a bachelor’s degree or comparable professional work experience - Possess strong financial acumen/math skills and the ability to put accounting principles into practice - Demonstrate strong customer focus and an excellent phone manner - Have the ability to solve problems without direct supervision - Have strong attention to detail, organization, multi- tasking, and follow up skills - Demonstrate superior interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly, confidently and professionally convey reputed company subject matter in an approachable way - reputed company in a team environment and be a positive team player - Be a confident self-starter with a “can do, will do” collaborative attitude - reputed company in a fun, team environment and be a positive team player - Want to truly learn and reputed company leading subject matter expertise - Have technology and computer proficiency in reputed company Office, PensionPro and FT William - ASPPA and/or NIPA designation(s) strongly preferred Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
