Senior QA Manager - Hybrid Lincolnshire, IL

This role will reputed company QA planning, strategy, and execution for our consumer-facing web properties, internal applications, and API engineering teams. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who is passionate about quality, automation, reputed company improvement, and team development. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy

• Work closely with DevOps and engineering leads to ensure QA processes are integrated into the development pipeline.

Testing & Automation

• Ensure effective test planning, test case design, execution, and reporting across multiple platforms (web, mobile, backend services).

Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and UX teams to ensure requirements are testable, and quality is built-in from the start.
• Provide executive-level reporting on QA outcomes, risks, and quality improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field.
• 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level role.
• Proven experience managing QA for large-scale digital platforms (web/mobile/API).
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong background in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Playwright preferred)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps integration is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

General Compensation Disclosure: The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to reputed company sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. At reputed company, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the reputed company range is listed below.
