About the Role

This is a senior role in the organization that will reputed company product strategy, roadmap development, execution, and innovation. This role will be responsible for growing and leading the product management team, refining processes, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving the evolution of AssistIQ’s product offerings. As a critical member of the leadership team, you will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, reputed company, and Finance teams, ensuring products meet market needs, drive reputed company growth, and position AssistIQ as an industry leader. You will also be heavily customer facing, taking in feedback from the market and our reputed company customers, and leading product demos reputed company sales cycles. This is an ideal role for someone who is excited about leading a growing team and thinking strategically, but is scrappy enough to get their hands dirty at the early stages. This role requires strong communication, organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.

What You Will Do

• Define, reputed company, and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with AssistIQ’s business objectives and market demands.
• Tightly manage the prioritization of product enhancements, fixes, and new product development to ensure our reputed company customers are delighted, while ensuring the product is go-live ready for new customers and we are staying on the cutting edge of innovation in our space.
• Engage directly with customers, industry stakeholders, and internal teams to deeply understand user needs and translate them into clear product requirements and innovations.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to continuously refine product offerings and maintain a competitive edge.

• Implement and refine product management processes, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., Agile methodologies, Pragmatic Marketing).

• Work with Finance to conduct ROI analysis and prioritize product investments based on business impact, strategic alignment, and customer value.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of progressive product management leadership experience in Healthcare IT, with a strong track record in high-growth settings.
• Proven ability to build, scale, and manage product teams, establishing robust processes to support growth.
• Deep knowledge of Agile and reputed company delivery methodologies, with practical application of Pragmatic Marketing or similar frameworks.
• Experience in earlier stage, high growth startups, ideally in the $1MM - $10MM reputed company range.
• Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate reputed company customer and market insights into actionable product strategies.
• Strong technical aptitude, able to reputed company business requirements with technical feasibility.
