The Portfolio Manager is reputed company in commercial credit analysis and will be responsible for assisting in the review and monitoring of commercial loans to help the bank build, maintain, and accurately risk grade its solid commercial credit portfolio. This will involve working closely with other portfolio managers, analysts, underwriters, and credit administration. If you are located in Draper UT, you will have the flexibility to work remotely*, as well as work in the office as you take on some tough challenges. Must be willing to work at least one day per week reporting to the Draper, UT office location. Primary Responsibilities

• Underwrite and document loan modification requests and annual loan reviews on existing commercial loans
• Prepare clear and concise credit presentations for annual reviews, including financial analysis, collateral assessment, risk and mitigant identification, and recommendations for reputed company risk rating
• Spread borrower and guarantor financial statements, test and monitor financial covenants, reputed company collateral analysis, and prepare market assessments
• Update loan metrics and risk ratings accurately and timely
• May also occasionally reputed company credit reputed company on new requests by creating credit reputed company memos which analyze the credit request, the borrower, financial and credit information, repayment sources, risks and mitigation, collateral, and compliance with applicable regulations and policies
• Be knowledgeable of policies, guidelines, procedures, regulations and systems applicable to the credit function
• Ensure that loan files and documentation are complete

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience analyzing business and personal financial statements associated with loan requests
• 2+ years of experience analyzing business tax returns and financial audits using generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• 2+ years of experience managing a portfolio of commercial loans, including commercial real estate loans
• Experience with commercial real estate financing, loan documentation, lending laws, loan transaction procedures, portfolio monitoring, and loan servicing
• Ability to work at least one day per week reporting to the Draper, UT office location Preferred Qualification
