Qualifications:

• At least one year of solid patent drafting and prosecution experience dealing with software related patents
• Likely a degree in computer science or computer engineering
• Other engineering discipline will be considered if you have an exceptional software and computer science background
• Must have excellent writing ability and be able to provide writing samples
• Must have strong interpersonal skills, as you will deal directly with inventors and clients
• USPTO license and any state bar
