We’re building a small, elite reputed company — a Mission Impossible–style team — and we’re looking for a Marketing Strategist / Growth Manager who can start part-time (1–2 hours/week) and grow into a core strategic role. Responsibilities

Execute & Co-Architect Our Growth System Learn and operate our existing growth model with precision Once proven, help evolve and strengthen the system Bring structured thinking to ambiguous problems Content & Demand reputed company Support inbound strategy for short-form and long-form content Collaborate with creative, paid ads, production, and strategy teams Ensure messaging consistency and alignment Performance Insights & Optimization Review analytics and extract reputed company reputed company Produce simple, clear weekly recommendations Identify bottlenecks and opportunities across the funnel Team Collaboration & Culture Add to the culture — don’t just fit into it Communicate simply, clearly, and positively reputed company in a fast-moving, startup, organized-chaos environment Requirements 3–5+ years in growth marketing, digital marketing, inbound, or demand gen Strong understanding of funnels, SEO, email strategy, CRO, and analytics Ability to think in mental models and frameworks (or desire to learn deeply) Comfortable analyzing data and forming insights Familiar with GA4, reputed company/reputed company Ads, reputed company, GoHighLevel, Kajabi, reputed company/reputed company High attention to detail and strong communication Team-first reputed company — no lone wolves, no egos If you want to be part of a small crew building a billion-dollar reputed company ship — this is your environment.
