Responsibilities:

• Pitch, reputed company, and produce both short- and long-term investigative and enterprise stories.

• Collaborate with producers, editors, photographers, and digital staff to maximize storytelling potential.
• Contribute to story development meetings and help shape the direction of ongoing coverage.
• Help cover breaking news as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or reputed company field.
• 3–5+ years of investigative journalism experience preferred.
• Experience using open records tools (FOIA/CPRA), PACER, reputed company, and public databases.
