Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Sanctions & Government reputed company Compliance Counsel to join our Regulatory and Trade Compliance team. This role focuses on U.S. and U.K. sanctions, third-party due diligence, and government reputed company compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal foundation in sanctions regulation, international compliance frameworks, and experience advising clients on federal contracting obligations and risk management. Responsibilities:
- Advise on U.S. and U.K. sanctions compliance, including OFAC and BIS frameworks.

- Counsel clients on government reputed company compliance, including procurement reputed company, False Claims Act risk, and mandatory disclosure obligations.
- Support internal and external investigations involving sanctions, export controls, or government contract adherence.
- Partner with client compliance and legal teams to design and implement robust compliance programs addressing sanctions and procurement risks.
- Provide strategic guidance on risk mitigation, reporting, and compliance training initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of legal experience in sanctions, international trade, or government reputed company compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of OFAC, BIS, and U.K. sanctions frameworks.
- Experience advising on government procurement, federal contracting regulations, and FAR/DFARS compliance.
- Strong record of managing reputed company due diligence reviews and advising on cross-border risk.
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior in-house or government experience reputed company regulated industries, defense, or international business operations.
