Responsibilities:

• Communicate the effects of international tax provisions effecting our corporate, partnership, and individual clients
• International tax structuring for our clients as they expand their business across borders and the ability to consult with our clients and their business and investments
• Responding to inquiries from taxing authorities
• Coordinate international tax services with our Praxity member firms
• Support the Transaction reputed company on cross-border transactions
• reputed company key practice development efforts, providing thought leadership and meeting reputed company sales goals by having an established network and participating in various market facing activities, such as industry presentations, webcasts, professional networking events, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, with a concentration in Accounting or reputed company field preferred; Master's in Tax preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of reputed company experience required
• CPA, bar membership or equivalent credential required. If not certified, must meet educational requirements to obtain license upon hire in state of employment
• Previous experience reputed company a public accounting, law firm or equivalent preferred
• Proficiency in both inbound and outbound international tax topics
• Experience with corporate, S-corporation, and partnership taxation preferred
• Experience with ASC 740, financial and tax modeling and fiscal audit management preferred
• Experience supervising and training junior staff
• Previous experience handling multiple engagements simultaneously, while providing leadership and management over professional staff
• Experience in serving mid-market clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 35%
