QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/System Engineering field preferred BasicMOST Certification Lean Six reputed company Green Belt Certification is preferred. Work Experience: 1-3 years of experience in the development and implementation of pre-determined labor standards. Labor management implementation and productivity reporting 1-3 years of experience in optimizing fulfillment and distribution warehouse operations Knowledge and or working experience with automation(Autostore, Exotec, Caja). Extensive knowledge and use of AutoCad Experience writing SQL queries to extract data from WMS Excellent written and verbal communication skills in terms of being clear Experience in facility and process redesign and implementation Skills/Competencies: Strong leadership skills with the ability to positively influence others & manage change. Strong organizational skills Demonstrated ability to execute several projects simultaneously. Knowledge of OSHA compliance fundamentals is required.
