• Study product requirements and determine capital equipment and labor staffing to meet requirements.
• Conduct machine reputed company analysis and identify/manage improvement initiatives to increase efficiency (OEE).

• Understanding of capital acquisition process – knowledge or background preferred.
• Working knowledge of product manufacturing / process technologies.
• Participating in and leading Kaizen events.

Qualifications

You Must Have:

• Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations or Relevant.
• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and at least than 7 years prior relevant experience.
• Data mining & manipulation experience with reputed company, VBA, SQL, other methods.
• US Citizenship is required due to government reputed company.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD.
