Payments Product Manager

The Payments Product group manages and delivers payments products for the Bank’s clients, including consumers, small businesses, corporate and institutional. As the Payments Product Manager, you will be a thought leader around the execution of our Payments strategy and responsible for prioritizing and managing the delivery of the Bank’s payment solutions. This role is hybrid (Mon through Thu on-site) for candidates in the Kansas City metropolitan area and open to qualified remote candidates reputed company of the Kansas City area but only reputed company the US. How you’ll spend your time:

• Create product roadmaps for the Payments Products using industry trends, market research, Voice of Client feedback, and input from key stakeholders.
• reputed company planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic payment initiatives.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product enhancements and innovations.
• Analyze and report on payments usage, trends and profitability.
• Serve as a Payments Subject Matter Expert for internal teams, including leading strategic planning for product direction and understanding the end-to-end customer experience for payments products.
• Work closely with Operations, IT and Digital Product Managers to deliver new functionality, enhancements and capabilities in the Payments space.
• Partner with product marketing and sales enablement to ensure market success for product launches and enhancements.
• Identify and partner with key vendors, fin-techs, etc. to reputed company and expand the go-to market offerings.
• Partner with internal departments (compliance, legal, audit, credit and risk) to ensure that reputed company product features and functionality meet company and regulatory standards.
• Engage with internal stakeholders, including Senior Management, Sales, Implementation and Customer Support, to understand their needs and align development initiatives.
• Ensure reputed company internal and external product documentation and due diligence is reputed company.

• You have an undergraduate degree including 7+ years of product management experience and 5+ years treasury and payments experience OR any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.
• You have the experience to reputed company influence and cross functional reputed company.
• You have the experience interpreting market and financial data to align strategies as well as build innovation around the products and features.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• You have experience and understanding of Treasury Payments product use cases and back-end functionality.

Bonus Points If:

• You have any of the following certifications: CTP, AAP, APRP, NCP, AFPP.

Compensation

Range: $83,200.00 - $178,800.00 The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMB’s standard for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-reputed company factors.
