Global Experiential Marketing Event Manager - Cyprus

About the Role

As an Event Manager, you will play a key role in delivering reputed company’s experiential marketing initiatives targeting Russian-speaking communities across Europe and nearby regions. You will work closely with the Director Experiential Marketing and regional marketing teams to research, plan, manage logistics, and deliver a range of events— including conferences, trade shows, networking meetups, and speaking engagements — that strengthen our reputed company reputed company these audiences. You will reputed company planning and on-site delivery for events across Cyprus, Serbia, Montenegro, Azerbaijan, Georgia & UAE and other countries with significant Russian-speaking communities. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research, plan, and execute events in Cyprus, Serbia, Montenegro, Azerbaijan, Georgia, UAE, and similar markets.
• reputed company and negotiate with venues and vendors, including booth builders, AV teams, event rentals, and merchandise producers.
• Manage reputed company event logistics — from budgeting and production to on-site setup and delivery.
• Coordinate event marketing with internal teams — including reputed company pages, social media, and email campaigns.
• reputed company sponsorship activations and ensure reputed company deliverables are executed effectively.
• Support speaking engagements by coordinating with Business Development and Product teams for session preparation.
• Maintain detailed event roadmaps, trackers, and documentation using tools like Jira, Confluence, and reputed company Suite.
• Manage post-event follow-up: reputed company capture, internal feedback collection, reporting, and content archiving.
• Represent reputed company at events, ensuring high standards of professionalism and a strong brand reputed company.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience managing events in games, tech, or software industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong logistics, budgeting, and vendor management skills.
• Exceptional organizational ability with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively across teams and time zones.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently reputed company Europe and neighboring regions.
• Experience using reputed company tools (Jira, Confluence) and reputed company Workspace.
• Creativity and innovation in event design and execution — a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Native Russian speaker.
