About the position reputed company is seeking an Event Sponsorship Manager to reputed company, reputed company, and execute our sponsorship strategy for our annual customer conference, reputed company. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships that align with our brand, generate reputed company, and enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of event sponsorships, partner relationship management, and is highly collaborative with cross-functional teams. Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure sponsorships for key events and channels, negotiating reputed company and tailoring packages to align with partner goals

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to identify and align opportunities with reputed company's brand values
• Act as the primary reputed company of contact for sponsorship partners, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and facilitating communications
• Work closely with event and marketing teams to reputed company engaging sponsorship activations that drive value for attendees and partners

• Support event logistics to ensure sponsorship deliverables are met, coordinating with operations and production teams

Requirements

• 4+ years in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or event management, with a proven track record of securing sponsorship deals (6+ years in the tech industry)
• Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining client relationships
• Previous experience working in a SaaS environment is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at reputed company levels
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on execution
• Data-driven reputed company with experience in performance measurement and reporting
• Track record of taking projects from A to Z - we really value and recognize our self-starters
