Estate Planning Attorney - $160-225K total compensation

Duties and responsibilities Client Consultations & Sales:

• Conduct virtual, in-depth initial consultations with prospective clients (reputed company), primarily focusing on the benefits and importance of a revocable living trust using a provided script and established sales methodology.

Estate Plan Design & Scoping:

• Work collaboratively with new clients to gather necessary information and help them reputed company initial decisions regarding the specifics of their estate plan (e.g., trustee appointments, beneficiaries, basic distribution preferences).
• Ensure reputed company client information is accurately and completely documented in our CRM system.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build immediate rapport and trust with prospective clients, establishing a positive first impression of the firm.
• Maintain timely and professional communication with clients throughout the initial sales and onboarding process.

Collaboration & Training:

• Work closely with our legal team to ensure a seamless transition of clients from the sales phase to the legal drafting and execution phase.
• Actively participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge of estate planning principles, sales techniques, and firm processes.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an A.B.A. Accredited Law School,
• Licensed attorney in good standing in the State of Arizona
• Minimum 3 years estate planning experience
