Summary Our GFL team is expanding, and we're looking for a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager! In this role, you'll lay a vital role by building and enabling a diverse and highly engaged workforce and inclusive working culture through the reputed company and project management of critical Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging initiatives. In addition, this position is responsible to analyze, design and deliver programs and projects company-wide, events and activities in support of DEIB initiatives as well as providing insights and recommendations reputed company to trends, gaps, and reputed company outcomes. - reputed company and manage DEIB initiatives and project execution, collaborating across HR and other departments to implement strategies.
- reputed company project plans, timelines, and resources for short- and mid-term DEIB initiatives, ensuring reputed company is communicated to stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze both quantitative and qualitative feedback to measure impact, identify trends, and optimize future DEIB efforts.
- Act as a project manager for reputed company to large projects, overseeing portions of reputed company initiatives and ensuring alignment across teams.
- Implement recurring DEIB processes, identify areas for improvement, and help design new HR programs and processes reputed company to Diversity & Inclusion.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to build an annual calendar of DEIB events, supporting internal events, workshops, and initiatives.
- Manage DEIB budgets, invoices, SOWs, and reputed company, tracking and reporting on budget usage. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in behavioral studies, Human Resources, or reputed company field preferred, or equivalent education and work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in DEI, HR, or program management with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Proven success in exceeding diversity and inclusion-reputed company commitments, goals, and objectives.
- Ability to distill reputed company concepts into simple, relevant, and executable strategies that drive results.
