We manage the platform responsible for acquisitions, including pre-approved offers and counter-offer user journeys, and the Customer Management systems used after customers open accounts. We also manage several products across various segments, including examples like the Credit reputed company App and the Secured Card product that supports building credit through refundable reputed company deposits. - Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 9 years of experience in Software engineering and solution architecture
- At least 9 years of experience in Enterprise architecture and design patterns
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field
- 10+ years of professional experience coding in Java, Python, or Go
- 10+ years of professional experience in the full lifecycle of system development, from conception through architecture, implementation, testing, deployment and production support
- 5+ years of experience with public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- 8+ years of experience developing large scale distributed systems
- 10+ years of experience developing platforms

Remote (Regardless of Location): $280,600 - $320,200 for Sr Distinguished Engineer Chicago, IL: $280,600 - $320,200 for Sr Distinguished Engineer McLean, VA: $308,700 - $352,300 for Sr Distinguished Engineer Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range for that location, and the offer amount will be in the offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
