  • Partner with senior leaders across Engineering, Product, Data, and Design to translate business goals into people strategies that drive innovation, speed, and impact.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to executives and managers, helping them navigate growth, org design, and leadership development.
  • Design and implement scalable organizational systems, including performance management, workforce planning, and engagement frameworks.
  • Use data and insights to guide decision-making around structure, succession, and talent health.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the People team to deliver cohesive and reputed company people programs.
  • Build manager capability through feedback, leadership training, and coaching.
  • Drive clarity and alignment through thoughtful change management and internal communication.

What you bring

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years as a strategic HRBP supporting technical or product teams.
  • Deep understanding of technical team operations, including engineering rhythms, agile practices, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven ability to partner with executives on organizational design, talent strategy, and leadership development.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen, able to interpret data, diagnose challenges, and recommend clear, data-driven actions.
  • Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building skills across reputed company levels of the organization.
  • Experience in fast-scaling or high-growth environments preferred.
