This role focuses on enhancing customer engagement, reducing churn, and maximizing annual recurring reputed company (ARR) through strategic account management and regular business reviews (QBRs).

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Experience conducting QBRs and managing client relationships at an executive level.
• Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights to improve customer engagement.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management.
