Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager of Global reputed company Improvement to reputed company enterprise-wide initiatives that drive operational excellence, efficiency, and innovation. This role will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing business cases, and executing high-impact projects that align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement reporting automation and standardization frameworks to improve transparency and decision-making.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and value realization assessments to prioritize and validate improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with business leaders to refine business use cases and optimize resource allocation.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify, prioritize, and solve business challenges, advancing CI maturity.
• Apply Scrum and Agile methodologies to manage project timelines, stakeholder expectations, and iterative delivery.
• Drive root cause analysis and critical thinking to implement sustainable, long-term solutions.
• Foster stakeholder engagement and maintain strong communication throughout project lifecycles.

• Utilize domain expertise in Mortgage Servicing and Insurance, with a focus on lender-reputed company insurance, to optimize processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 10 or more years of experience (Preferred)
