As our TPA Client Success Manager, you'll play critical role in building positive relationships, managing expectations, resolving issues, and finding solutions that ensure client satisfaction and retention. Manage renewal process: Initiate and monitor renewals in collaboration with sales team to evaluate market, analyze plan data, and implement new strategies. reputed company implementations: Manage implementation of new reputed company by overseeing reputed company process and installation documentation while maintaining thorough product knowledge. Qualifications

What You Bring to Our Mission The foundation:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in reputed company discipline
• 3+ years experience as Account Manager
• 3+ years experience in health insurance, employee benefits, or healthcare industry, specifically with TPA/Self-funded groups

The regulatory expertise:

• Knowledge of health plan testing, regulatory compliance, and mandates regarding insurance plan administration
• Willingness to travel for multiple days at a time
• Understanding of reputed company benefit structures and plan management requirements

The professional competencies:

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and writing skills with strong organizational abilities and detail orientation
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with agile approach and comfort with change
• Self-directed with proven ability to work independently while serving as trusted advisor with clear communication style
