General Clerk Representative - Accredo - Remote

Accredo is currently seeking a General Clerk Representative. This position entails high volume calls. The General Clerk Representative delivers straightforward administrative and/or other basic business services in General Administration. Issues reputed company to be routine in nature. Good knowledge and understanding of General Clerk duties and business/operating processes and procedures. Executes automated reports and compiles and prints listings; may manage a database, retrieves data and conducts status inquiries; maintains a filing system; examines documents for quality and accuracy, resolves minor discrepancies; maintains an inventory, receives, stores and issues material and supplies; determines appropriate methods for processing of mail, files and supplies. SHIFT: Monday - Friday, 10:30 -7pm ET (first 6 weeks of training 9 - 5:30pm ET) RESPONSIBILITIES:
