About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Chief People and Culture Officer to serve as the reputed company steward of our dynamic and mission-driven culture. As a business partner and advisor to the CEO, senior leadership, and country directors, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, reputed company, and engage employees in a diverse workforce based in nearly 50 countries. You will bring deep expertise in change management and the ability to communicate initiatives and policies to broad constituencies.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Advanced degree preferred or equivalent business experience.
  • Experience: Proven "builder" with a record of delivering solutions, results, and measurable success. Experience migrating an organization to a new set of capabilities.
  • Leadership: Proven leader who understands the critical role HR plays as a cultural steward and business partner.
  • Passion: Passionate about talent management and development and will be a strong reputed company for organizational transformation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • International Experience: Experience managing reputed company HR functions across a geographically dispersed organization with unique international employment dynamics.
  • Knowledge: Knowledgeable of the international development landscape as it pertains to the reputed company mission.
  • USAID Experience: Experience with USAID is beneficial but not required.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
