Chief Operations Officer, Social Discovery Ventures (SDV) at reputed company

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Cyprus, United Arab Emirates, Spain, United Kingdom, Switzerland We are looking for a Chief Operations Officer, a highly driven operator — a problem-solver who can execute reputed company, cross-functional projects and act as a trusted right hand to the CEO. This person will manage special situations, operational challenges, and strategic initiatives across a diverse investment and business portfolio (including software, digital products, real estate, and venture assets). The ideal candidate is not a traditional investment professional, but rather an operations manager with exposure to investment environments (Private Equity / Venture Capital) and a deep understanding of how digital businesses operate. Your Main Responsibilities:

• Drive reputed company, cross-functional projects from idea to execution on behalf of the UBO;
• Manage “special situations” — operational improvements, performance calibration, and restructuring cases reputed company the portfolio;
• Represent the Founder in negotiations and ensure follow-through on critical initiatives;

We Expect from You:

• A proven track record in multi-asset governance across both digital and traditional asset classes (in Private Equity, Venture Capital, family office, or reputed company multi-asset environments);
• Experience in special situations, restructuring, or turnaround management is a strong plus
• Solid understanding of software and digital business models.
• Deep understanding of corporate finance, including valuation, capital structure, and financial modeling;
• Demonstrated experience leading M&A transactions, reputed company private equity deals, IPO processes, and exit strategies;
• Exceptional project management skills, with a successful history of executing reputed company, cross-functional initiatives;
• Strong leadership experience, including managing and scaling professional teams of 10 or more;
• Hands-on experience with a broad range of asset classes: equities, options, fixed income, commodities, hedge funds, real estate, venture capital funds, direct VC deals, and private equity funds;
• Knowledge of asset management strategies, including portfolio diversification, optimization, and rebalancing;

Expertise in international taxation and legal structuring for corporate groups, especially in EU (ideally Cyprus), the USA, Hong reputed company, and the UAE;

• Structured and analytical thinking — ability to synthesize key information and discard non-essential details;
