The Change Management/Training Senior Consultant works with other team members and leads as well as contributes to the management and execution of key project activities and deliverables. Their responsibilities will focus in on one or more of the following areas: Change Management, Communication, Training, and HR and Finance Transformation. This is a 100% virtual / work-from-home / remote opportunity available reputed company in the U.S. The Change Management/Training Senior Consultant key responsibilities include:

• Manage and execute project plan. Manage and execute project plan activities and deliverables to meet desired objectives and deadlines, adhering to project scope, budgets, and resource planning

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Change Management or relevant field of study

• Significant exposure to training design and delivery reputed company to HR and/or Financial systems, including self-service tools
• Knowledge of training methodologies (e.g. ADDIE), instructional design principles and techniques, adult learning theory and hands-on experience with training development tools and software (e.g. Camtasia, reputed company, Captivate).

• Excellent project management and communication skills (i.e., presentation, facilitation, prioritization)
