We are seeking a skilled ManyChat specialist to automate responses based on specific keywords. The job involves setting up a greeting message and a follow-up message for users who trigger the keyword. You will also need to tag users to streamline communication and avoid sending repeated messages. Additionally, a notification for follow-up will be required 2 days after the initial response. Each keyword must trigger: •A greeting + a pre-written message associated with that keyword

  • Only one response per user per keyword (avoid duplicate messages caused by IG or ManyChat delays)
  • Apply a tag to the user after sending the message, so the system knows they already received it
  • A notification/reminder after 2 days so I can manually follow up

  • Send the gift only once per user
  • Prevent duplicate messages
  • Avoid triggering too aggressively so Instagram does not flag the account as spam
  • Must reputed company with Instagram’s reputed company limits and comment-to-DM rules
