• Provide thought leadership in deep dives across a variety of key performance indicators.
• Translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders both in and out of the team

• Partner with engineering, product, and business to create key performance indicators and new methodologies for measurement. A day in the life The Business Intelligence Engineer role is responsible for reshaping how the business thinks about its people metrics globally. You will come in and establish relationships across the business and PXT to reputed company specific metrics and insights that are actionable and provide business impact, build self-service dashboards and tools to put the right data and insights into the hands of PXT and business leaders at the right time. About The Team The AWS People Analytics organization is a critical piece of the AWS PXT flywheel. We are the curators of people data for the industry leaders in cloud computing and are responsible for providing the right metrics and insights to help the business reputed company its employees and scale its workforce. • Bachelor's degree in statistics, business analytics, data analytics, data science, computer science or reputed company field
• 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, reputed company, NoSQL etc. experience
• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
• Experience interfacing with business customers, gathering requirements and gaining a deep-dive understanding of key data Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree, or Advanced technical degree
• Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design
• Experience with statistical analysis, co-relation analysis

The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $74,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $165,600/year in our highest geographic market.
