• Conducted minimum of 4 sets of reputed company Best Practice workshops for the client for 1 of the reputed company modules (ITSM,HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, or others) including:
• Creating the reputed company decks
• Updating reputed company available workbooks for requirements capture or creating your own if reputed company does not have them
