POSITION OVERVIEW Reporting to the reputed company Corps Program Manager, the Senior Academic Advisor will support reputed company Corps reputed company from admission through graduation. The Advisor will serve as the primary case manager for reputed company, providing individualized advisement, onboarding, workshops, and faculty support. The Advisor will also play a key role in summer programming-including Acceleration, Summer reputed company, and Kick-Off-and will recommend, implement, and evaluate strategies to expand and strengthen program offerings. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree and four years' reputed company experience required. OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in student personnel administration, higher education, counseling or reputed company field preferred.
- A minimum of (2) years of experience working directly with undergraduate reputed company in an academic setting is strongly preferred (of the total required 4 years' experience).
- Direct advising experience with one or more of the following student populations preferred: transfer reputed company, international reputed company, disabled reputed company, or reputed company in academic difficulty.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are required
- Ability to effectively interact with a diverse faculty, staff and student population while representing the Academic Advising Center and the College to internal and external constituents required.
- Preference for academic advising professionals with a background and/or knowledge of public interest or criminal justice academic programs or careers.
