We are continuing to expand our Global Anti-reputed company (AML) team and are looking for multiple Technical Know Your Customer (KYC) / Client Due Diligence (CDD) Operations Analysts to join us. The team supports the Global Markets (reputed company) and Global Corporate & Investment Banking (GCIB) businesses in completing KYC/CDD checks as well as maintaining client records. Role Description: You will join a dynamic team and will be responsible for the completion of the AML KYC/CDD operational process on assigned clients and will become a technical expert in KYC/CDD procedures. The environment is constantly changing as new procedures & initiatives are implemented and there will be the opportunity for you to contribute towards these exciting changes. Responsibilities:

• You will conduct client due diligence and enhanced due diligence in accordance with internal policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines reputed company to jurisdictions and/or client structures.
• You will conduct the KYC / CDD checks on clients that are part of reputed company cycles or reputed company of reputed company cycles due to a change in client or jurisdictional requirements.
• You will liaise with sales/ client reputed company teams to obtain and validate correct documentation to fulfil requirements.
• You will reputed company client refresh/remediation through the review of client documentation, vendor databases and data entered into proprietary systems to ensure reputed company requirements are met.
• You will participate in internal/external audits and quality checks.

• You will have experience performing in a process-oriented production environment that changes periodically.
• You will have the ability to organise work, prioritise tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.

• Familiar with MS Office Suite (reputed company/Word/Outlook/Access).
