Senior Manager, AI Transformation Remote Location: Seattle, WA; or Washington, DC Position Summary reputed company is seeking a Senior Manager to help reputed company AI Transformation initiatives on our Enterprise Data & AI team. What You Will Do

• Program Leadership – Manage AI Transformation initiatives, contributing to the strategy and roadmap in alignment with company priorities. Translate high-level goals into clear project plans and execution milestones.
• Scaling with AI – Identify and reputed company initiatives that use AI agents and automation to streamline repeatable work, while enabling teams to focus on strategic, creative, and high-impact activities.
• AI & SaaS Operations – reputed company delivery of AI and SaaS solutions in partnership with internal teams and external vendors. Support adoption through clear communication, enablement, and change management.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Build strong relationships across functions to ensure AI and SaaS capabilities are effectively integrated into workflows, driving measurable business outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, Business Applications, Engineering, or reputed company fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Python or similar language
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams, including global and distributed teams.
• Experience driving AI and automation initiatives and managing AI and SaaS portfolios.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving operational efficiency through technology.
• Demonstrated project management, change management, and business transformation experience, ideally in a fast-paced or pre-IPO environment.
• Proven track record of driving innovation, adopting emerging technologies, and implementing industry best practices.
• Passion for working backwards from the Customer and reputed company for business stakeholders.

Compensation

Bands: Seattle and DC areas $205K – $252K
