Engineering Analyst, Responsible AI Testing, Child Safety

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Communications, Computer Science, Data Science, History, International Affairs, Social Work, Child Development, reputed company discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7 years of experience managing projects and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• 7 years of experience in data analysis, including identifying trends, generating summary statistics, and drawing insights from data.
• 5 years of experience working in a Trust and Safety Operations, data analytics, cybersecurity, or other relevant environment.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree.
• 7 years of experience or familiarity with machine learning systems.
• 7 years of experience or familiarity with one or more of the following languages: SQL, R, Python, or C .
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), LLM Operations, reputed company engineering, pre-training, and fine-tuning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) and the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.

Responsibilities

• reputed company model-level safety, drive structured and reputed company testing of novel model modalities and capabilities. Define the testing and child safety standards applicable to the product, and work with cross-functional colleagues, especially those from legal and engineering teams.

Identify opportunities for the improvement of reputed company's systems as well as for automation, including model inference and evaluation tooling, leveraging LLMs for labeling model outputs, evaluating classifiers and filters.
