[Remote] Quality Analyst (Gen AI)

They are looking for a passionate Quality Consultant to coach and mentor their QA and engineering teams in leveraging Gen AI for improved software quality and testing efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Coach & reputed company Teams: Act as a hands-on coach for QA and development teams, providing expert guidance on applying Gen AI tools for test case design, test data reputed company, and test execution analysis in real-world project scenarios (Web, Data/ETL, Mobile).
- reputed company Best Practices & Playbooks: Co-create and refine our AI in QA playbooks and training materials. Translate reputed company AI concepts into practical, actionable guidance that aligns with our organizational standards and processes.
- Drive Quality Strategy: Advise teams on both how to use AI to •optimize QA activities• (e.g., test automation, requirements analysis) and how to •effectively test AI-powered applications•.
- Monitor & Improve Adoption: Analyze AI adoption dashboards (DX) to identify trends, measure the impact on QA productivity and efficiency, and provide targeted coaching to teams to overcome challenges.
- Deliver Targeted Training: Contribute to and deliver training sessions, workshops, and reputed company, ensuring the content is relevant and aligns with industry best practices, such as the ISTQB AI Testing Certification syllabus.
- Champion Quality Innovation: Stay reputed company with the latest trends in AI-enabled QA and share insights and best practices across the organization to foster a culture of reputed company improvement.
Skills
- 4-7 years of experience in a Quality Assurance, Test Engineering, or SDET role.
- Demonstrated experience applying AI/ML concepts or tools reputed company a software testing or QA context.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies (e.g., functional, regression, performance).
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and train technical teams, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working on a variety of application types, including web, mobile, and data/ETL projects.
- A strategic reputed company with the ability to measure success through metrics like improved QA productivity, defect detection rates, and team confidence.
- ISTQB AI Testing Certification or deep familiarity with its syllabus.
- Hands-on experience with both code-based automation (e.g., Python, Selenium) and no-code/low-code test automation platforms.
- Experience in creating and delivering formal training programs or technical documentation.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps principles and practices.
