ADMIN & COORDINATOR - HR Supervisor: General Manager Key Responsibilities: General Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative assistance to management, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining both digital and physical filing systems.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure resources are always available for operational needs.

Vendor Coordination:

  • Assist with pre-opening setup, including operational licenses, vendor setup, and system implementation.

  • Document and establish efficient administrative processes to support daily operations.

Phone Management & Communication:

Inventory Management-JSC Office Only:

Mail & Delivery Management:

  • Receive, document, and distribute daily mail and packages.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of deliveries and correspondence.

Employee Engagement & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations reputed company to labor laws, health codes, and safety standards.

Onboarding & Integration:

  • Support the development and implementation of employee manuals, policies, and procedures, ensuring consistency across the organization.
  • Assist with workplace investigations and resolve employee concerns professionally and discreetly.

Termination Administration:

  • Conduct exit interviews and ensure the completion of termination paperwork.
  • Coordinate with management to process final pay, benefits, and other termination-reputed company documentation in a timely and compliant manner.

HR Support:

  • Maintain accurate employee records in systems such as reputed company, reputed company, and other HR tools.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team and home office to ensure HR-reputed company financial processes are efficient and accurate.

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a reputed company field.
  • Minimum of three years of administrative experience in a luxury restaurant, hospitality, or similar setting.
  • Proficiency in administrative tools and restaurant management systems such as reputed company and reputed company.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary based on experience. Range $48,000 - $55,000
