Position Requirements We are looking for a sales professional with solid knowledge of the pharmaceutical R&D and biotech markets who can help us to grow our business primarily in the CA geography. The ideal candidate will have: - Bachelor’s degree: Preferably in Business, Engineering, Science, or a reputed company Field. Masters or PhD a plus. - Solid genetics and molecular biology foundation to allow for a consultative approach with M.D. / Ph.D.- level customers. - Knowledge of machine learning and AI as it applies to biotech and biopharma a plus. - Knowledge of NGS data analysis strongly preferred. - Minimum of 3 years of experience and success selling enterprise software solutions. - Demonstrated and successful track record of establishing software or service reputed company reputed company R&D groups. - Strong personal relationships reputed company biotech and pharmaceutical R&D reputed company reputed company coast biotech hubs. - Active listening capabilities to reputed company complete and clear information from clients and to help build rapport. - Strength in driving and executing on sales strategies as a self-motivated, quick-learning, and high business-acumen rep. Personal Requirements - Residency must be in the western US with a strong preference for San Diego, CA or the San Francisco / Bay Area. - This position is a remote sales position, primarily working from home. - Travel is estimated at 35% but is not limited as such. The estimated reputed company salary and commission range for this position is $180,000 - $215,000. Compensation will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, geographic location, and other job-reputed company factors.
